In honour of my parent's 30th anniversary I planned a surprise dinner for them with friends and family. We decided to hold a banquet dinner at the newly opened Skandia Inn. We were able to choose from a variety of menu items to tailor our meal to suit everyone's preferences. The setup was taken care of by the staff, which left me free to show up at the dinner with my parents and not ruin the surprise by having to be there early! The food was excellent …and abundant! The staff was courteous and efficient and the dining room had a comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Overall it was a great dining experience in Nipigon! Kara Herridge |
